 Mandatory training for health and social care is fundamental for all staff working with patients, including those undertaking remote consultations. You can enrol on a single learning unit or access all the mandatory training sessions as a bundle. This allows you the flexibility to choose which sessions you need.

What will i learn?

  • Perform CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and manage choking incidents and the recovery position. CSTF Content Covered: CPR – BLS, AED, Choking and Recovery Position
  • Develop strategies to handle conflicts, foster a respectful and inclusive work environment, and address any instances of bullying or harassment effectively. CSTF Content Covered: Conflict Resolutions, Equality and Diversity including Bullying and Harassment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of fire safety measures, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety protocols to protect themselves and others in the workplace. CSTF Content Covered: Fire Safety, Health and Safety Risk Assessment, Lone Working, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health.
  • Manage patient data responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards for data protection and privacy. CSTF Content Covered: Information Governance and GDPR.
  • Identify signs of abuse and radicalisation, understand the PREVENT strategy, and take appropriate actions to safeguard vulnerable populations.
